SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to get stocked O.G products on their way as quickly as possible.

UK delivery is £3.99.

Orders over £100 qualify for free UK delivery.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

For stocked items, orders placed before 3pm are normally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm will normally be dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays may take a little longer to dispatch.

We currently use Evri for our UK deliveries.

Standard UK delivery will typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and occasional courier delays can happen.

Tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your order.

Custom builds and personalised orders may take longer because of the additional work involved.

We'll let you know the expected timescale when your order is agreed.

Once your order is finished, we'll get it dispatched as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery costs and estimated times will be calculated at checkout where available.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, import charges or courier handling fees.

These charges are not included in your O.G order unless stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.
