Please allow 5-7 working days for production before your item is shipped.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

UK Shipping

• Standard (Tracked): 2–4 working days

• Express options available at checkout

• Free shipping on orders over £100

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

Returns

Because each bag is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a fault with your order.

If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@odourguardbags.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

We’ll sort it quickly and fairly.

If you need to change or cancel your order, email us within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, your bag may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes.
