Welcome to O.G Bags. These terms apply when you use our website or place an order with us.
1. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at checkout. Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
If you've made a mistake with your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@odourguardbags.com. If we haven't started processing or personalising it, we'll do our best to help.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or we're unable to fulfil the order.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
O.G Bags are cut, sewn and finished by hand in Glasgow.
Because they're handmade, small variations in stitching, positioning and finish may occur between bags. These are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not affect your statutory rights if something is faulty.
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
3. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS
Personalised engraving and selected custom builds are available.
It's your responsibility to check names, wording and other details supplied for personalisation before confirming your order.
Genuinely personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you've changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver throughout the UK and to selected international destinations.
Delivery charges, dispatch information and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import charges or courier handling fees.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Standard products purchased online may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Different rules may apply to personalised and genuinely custom-made products.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content and materials on this website, including O.G Bags branding, logos, original photography, written content and product designs, belong to O.G Bags or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
7. PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
