Welcome to Odour Guard Bags. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Full payment is required at checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders cannot be modified after they are submitted, so please check your details carefully before confirming.

2. Products

Each bag is handcrafted. This means small variations in stitching, colour, or finish may occur — that’s part of what makes each piece unique. We do our best to accurately display colours and details, but differences in screens may affect what you see.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the UK and selected international countries. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. Delivery times may vary — especially around product drops — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

4. Returns

Because our bags are made in limited batches and sometimes customised, we can’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please check our [Returns Policy] for full details before placing your order.
